success mantra

"Hard work and willingness are the two sides of the same coin, in the absence of one, the other also vanishes."This is the basic philosophy of a suuccessful business man.

Mr. Rajneesh Gupta. proprieter, Sakshi International, is a self-made man. Although being from Norway, he started his construction business in 1995 in Ludhiana, India. and since then there has been no looking back. His company makes Bathroom Accessories and exports them to Europe. In the starting like any other business, he had to face many difficulties for basic ammenities like electricity. But he overcame all the difficulties through his hardwork. As per the risk factors in his buisness, he says that he concentrates on high quality rather than mere profit making, so for him there are no risks involved in his business...

He even reveals that he starts his every project without planning because he trusts his abilities and hardwork.Calculations regarding costs etc. are a big NO for him prior to the project.

He finds a huge difference in the trends of 1995 and today. Beforehand, he had to find customers and today, customers are finding him. His motivation is his hunger for proficiency in his field. His idea of expansion is quite simple i.e expand every year.

Mr. Gupta is a real role model for the young entrepreneurs as he designs his own paths based on his new ideas. every new day brings a new challenge for him which he faces positively and effectively, taking his business to new heights of success, which are beyond the measuring scale....

  2. Nice endeavour to begin with. It is evident that Shruti has tried to look into the intricacies of the nuances of starting a new business. It would have been icing on the cake if she could quote some more stategies apart from hard work that had been adopted by the person in question.

  3. Its good that success is at his feet and may he always be blessed with it.
But I would like to say here is that one should not venture into any business/expansion model without critically examining it.Today's world is very competitive unless one is aware about one's model, chances are high of venturing into losses.

  5. persons like Mr. Gupta are more of adventure seeking people than entreprenuers.May be he has been sucessful all through but i dont think his working should be followed like a rule. Some short cuts suceed but that does not mean that short cuts should be made one's life style, these can be suicidal for some as well. Hard work with proper planning can not be and should not be, subsituted with short cuts in life.

  7. Great work shruti ,to sum-up the success story and
sucess mantra of such a hard-working ans successful person.I agree with you on all the fronts ,however i feel that going ahead without planning is not at all without risks of failure or lesser growth.Even if a person has been successful by starting everything without planning,it could be because of luck too,we can not undermine the importance of planning just because of our abilities

  9. everything is right but i doesn`t agree with one point that is if we are providing high quality goods then there is no risk involved in our business. this is not the right thing because we can`t cover all the risks involved in our business even by providing high quality goods. but i agree with all other points tht if we have trust on our abilities so we can achieve the success.

  11. it's a very good story.... but i think that a person cannot wholly depend on his capabilites to achieve something in life...planning is equally important...and a businessman always tries to raise the profits, afterall a businessman is not there for charity
